If you plead guilty to DUI, the penalties for 1st time conviction are:
1. Not more than 180 days in jail
2. Your drivers license will be suspended for not less than 180 days or more than one year
3. Not less than $250 or more than $500 fine
4. Not more than one year probation

7. Not less than 50 hours of community service
